Challenges in Education

The challenges in public education can seem overwhelming.  Expanding school populations challenge local districts with teacher and facility shortages.  21st Century skills are in short supply.  Dollars are scarce. Innovative programs are many, but many aren't sustainable or scalable. Standards are in flux. Requirements of equity, access and 'no child left behind' raise the bar. Can the stimulus solve this for us? Or will it simply drive us apart faster?

It will be up to all of us, working together, to find the answers. We must craft a master plan, align our goals and be willing to collaborate, on a scale never attempted.  We must focus on the needs of the students, as they move through the ecosystem, engineering a literal pipeline for 21st Century talent that is crucial to meet the demands of our universities, research organizations, and the business sector.

Sound impossible? Well it isn't. We're already working on solutions. Drop us a line, let's compare notes.

YESTERDAY

Solving Traditional Operational Challenges

We understand both STATE and LOCAL infrastructure challenges and can help you build a plan to get yours realigned.

We understand sourcing models and can help get you in the right place with suppliers.

We can help you understand your cost strucuture, exploring parameters driving TCO and your ability to measure and achieve ROI.

Driving Collaboration On Both Sides of the Firewall

Are you leaving innovation trapped locally in SCHOOLS, or stranded outside your firewall?

TEACHERS hold the insights that will drive the system forward; are they able to collaborate?  Do they have the resources they need to advance classroom learning experiences?

Collaborative solutions will transform the EDUCATION Ecosystem. Do you know how and why?

Do your courses favor rigor (the hypothetical) or relevance (the practical)?

TOMORROW

Innovation: the Path to Ecosystem Change

Paradigms create models that define the way things work. Do you know the prevailing paradigms for EDUCATION?

How are the core forces going to shift?  What are we doing to shift them?

We are bringing focus to opportunities for innovation at the National and State level, to better frame the challenges and pathways ahead. We advocate transparency and an open agenda for change. See samples of our work, below.
